Join us for a powerful and heart-centered gathering inspired by the late Adriaan Beddie—the king of the affirmation. Adriaan’s passion for affirmations and embracing our divine truth has deeply influenced this event. We come together to reclaim our connection to spirituality, affirm our divine belonging, and celebrate the sacredness of queerness. This space is open to all, as we honor our shared journey of spiritual reconnection and self-empowerment.
For many, coming out meant losing a spiritual home—whether through leaving a church, being told they didn’t belong, or simply not seeing themselves reflected in spiritual spaces. Tonight, we reclaim that connection. Whether you are rediscovering your spirituality, deepening your existing practice, or simply exploring in a safe and sacred space, you are welcome here.
What to Expect:
Opening Ceremony – Grounding in sacred space with music, candlelight, and intention-setting. Cacao Blessing – A heart-opening ritual to deepen our connection. Journaling & Affirmations – Guided reflection to acknowledge where we are on our spiritual journey and craft a personal affirmation.Healing Meditation – A deep trance experience to integrate our affirmation and reconnect with the divine. Creative Ritual: Affirmation Cards – Bringing our affirmation to life with artistic expression. Sharing & Closing Ceremony – Sealing the energy of the evening with gratitude and love.
This is a space of unconditional love, safety, and affirmation. Your queerness is not separate from the sacred—it is sacred.
Bring: A journal, a pen, a keep cup for your cacao, any cushions or a yoga mat for your comfort, also feel free to bring a long something for the altar that represents pride to you and an open heart. Art supplies will be provided for the affirmation ritual.
